We are Asia Recruitment Agency Group, with joint offices in Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and China (3 offices). Since 1994, we have been a trusted partner in international recruitment, supplying skilled blue-collar workers to global industries.
Starting with manufacturing workers and shipyard welders for Singapore MNCs and Chinese shipbuilders, we expanded our services to meet growing demands in Australia, Japan, the UK, and Western Europe. Today, we cover construction, mining, marine, meat and food processing, agriculture, culinary, manufacturing, metal fabrication, hospitality, and garment sectors.
As labor costs rose in China, we strategically expanded our sourcing network to Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka—leveraging each country’s strengths in skilled trades. Our clients now span 38 countries, with leadership in Asian welder, Chinese chef, and meat/seafood processing recruitment.
